As you are aware, due to the COVID-19 school closure back in March, this year’s Easter Disco was cancelled.
As your child is due to leave Year 6 at the end of term we are writing to offer you your £2.70 payment refund if you wish to have it. Alternatively, your refund can be donated to Yardley Fundraisers PTFA where it will be used for future resources, projects and activities for the school. Our fundraising efforts are as vital as ever in these times of decreasing school budgets.
If you are happy for your refund to be donated to Yardley Fundraisers PTFA there is nothing you need to do – many thanks for this.
If you would like to have your payment refunded please contact the school office before Tuesday 14th July 2020. Arrangements can then be made for you to come to school to collect your refund – the PTFA have no facility to post refunds home to you.
If you have children in other year groups, their refund can remain with us and be used as payment for our next school disco. We will be hoping to hold this as soon as we possibly can.
If we do not hear from you by Tuesday 14th July we will assume that you are happy for the donation to be made to Yardley Fundraisers - for this we are truly grateful.
