Good afternoon to you all
I hope that you have all had a lovely summer. We have spent a great deal of time this week arranging our ‘catch up’ curriculum so that none of our pupils will miss any of the curriculum from the lockdown period last year. School is thoroughly risk assessed and all staff are aware of the new routines and rules in place.
So, we are ready for Monday (7th September) and can’t wait to welcome all our Y1-6 pupils back to school. If your child is in Reception, don’t forget that they will start on Monday 14th September. #you’vebeenmissed
Before the term starts I wanted to let you know that I got married during the summer so I am no longer a Moore! I am now Mrs Lawson-Mills but it is still me!
So all communications from school that are signed by me will read Mrs Lawson-Mills.
Please make sure that you have read the information on the COVID area of the website before you return on Monday so that you are aware of timings and new rules and routines. The information includes:
- The new time your child will need to arrive at school and which gate to use
- What your child needs to wear and what they need to bring to school
- How pupils are grouped in school and who they can mix with
- Lunchtime meal arrangements
- Social distancing requirements
- Illness and COVID-19 details
Visit the page and see all of the information by clicking this link (this will work on phones and tablets too): https://bit.ly/3fmjolJ
We have also created a ‘September Opening of School’ home school agreement. This outlines what you can expect from us as a school and our expectations of parents and pupils. This agreement can be found on the above website or by clicking here: https://bit.ly/3jKNAJx
